French are more likely to consume organic products and more and more often

According to the new Barometer Agency BIO / CSA in January 2015, the French are more likely to consume organic products and more and more often. In 2014, almost 9 out of 10 French have used it at least occasionally (88% vs 75% in 2013) and 6 of 10 regularly, ie at least one organic product at least once a month (62 % vs 49% in 2013). Bio is now part of the habits of the French.

Since 2009, the National Observatory of organic products in catering measure each year the level of introduction of organic products in the foodservice sector a social nature, the different paths chosen and development prospects.

In early 2015, 59% of foodservice establishments were offering organic products to their guests, not least from time to time.
